All classes, services, and sessions must be paid in full or secured with the required deposit at the time of booking.
Bookings are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

Deposits & Payments

If a deposit option is selected, the remaining balance must be paid by the specified due date prior to the class or session.

Failure to complete payment by the deadline may result in forfeiture of your spot without refund.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Due to the nature of education-based services and limited availability:

No refunds will be issued for missed classes, late arrivals, or cancellations.

Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is granted at the sole discretion of the instructor, based on availability.
If a class must be rescheduled by the instructor, students will be notified and given the option to transfer to a future date.
Class Attendance & Lateness

Students are expected to arrive on time and prepared.

Late arrivals may miss critical instruction and will not receive extended time or refunds.

Scope of Instruction
Classes focus strictly on the techniques and skills outlined in the class description.
Business strategy, pricing guidance, marketing advice, and growth consulting are not included unless a separate consultation or strategy session is booked.

Consultations & Strategy Sessions
Consultations and strategy sessions are educational services and are non-refundable once booked.
These sessions are designed to provide personalized guidance and do not guarantee specific financial or business outcomes.
